Iprobe One 260CM - Two Functions That Greatly Improve Fine Search Speeds

Second generation iprobe from pieps. The iprobe one has two functions that greatly improve fine search speeds. The iprobe is fitted with a small signal receiver in the tip of the probe. As the receiver tip gets closer to the victim under the snow the iprobe indicates it with audible beeps. The first function is universally compatible with all beacons. The second function is compatible only with pieps beacons with iprobe support and is useful in multiple burials. Transceivers with iprobe support can be temporarily deactivated using the iprobe so the next strongest signal is automatically shown on the search transceiver. All operation occurs automatically. Once the iprobe is turned on there are no buttons to push. Probing length (mechanical) 220cm (7.2') and 260cm (8.5'). Probing length total (mechanical + electronic) max: 360cm (11.8') and 400cm (13.1'). Weight: 260cm-390 grams.
